Intrinsic Organics TM Inulin (IO-Inulin) is a USDA Organic Certified soluble fiber extracted from our proprietary Jerusalem Artichoke tuber SunSpuds TM grown in Idaho without the use of chemicals, non-GMO, no manipulation, natural crossing and selection, just all the goodness that nature creates.

IO-Inulin contains the entire fructooligosacharide range with chain length ranging from DP-3 to over DP-70 rather than broken down or sorted pieces of the fiber, providing the end user with more functionality at a competitive price.
